Assignee has insufficient permission for team appointment

I want to make an appointment and assign it my team in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

So I go to Sales->activities-> and click appointment. I can add the regarding company, so far so good, now I want to notify my team of that meeting so it appear in their Outlook calender as well. But when I select my team I get the error "Assignee has insufficient privileges."

I am system administrator in the system, I have no clue as to whose permissions this is reffering? And what permission exactly this is?

A side question if I may: when I schedule an appointment (I am the owner of the appointment) and I set it regarding an account to who another employee is set as owner (so he is owner of the account). Should it automatically appear in his calender is Outlook as well (it doesn't at the moment)? Or do I have to add him with that team function? That system seems a bit clumsy when you want to add specific people to an appointment, I suppose I am missing something to do this?

Kind regards
