What are the pros and cons for creating Enhanced SLA's for Different activities.

Hello All Experts,

I am thinking to create SLA's for activities like Appointment, phone call and Tasks,

one thing i am concerned is for SLA details record the warning after time, Failure After time etc needs to be dynamic because of duration in the Activities will be different.
