I am baffled by the following problem.
I am running CRM 2016 on Premise with SP1 installed.
I have multiple Business units that are tiered in a Grandparent, Parent , Child Structure.
I have multiple security roles setup. The security role I am having trouble with is called Salesperson where the read permissions on the Opportunity have been set to User.
On the Opportunity I have a custom view called Sales Forecast - Current Financial Year setup to show only records with a close date in the current year.
User A can see their list of Opportunities
User B cannot see their list of Opportunities when using the
Both User A and B are in the same Business Unit, Both have exactly the same security roles.
I have tried creating the security role from scratch and applying this to the users.
User B still cannot see their list of Opportunities when using the view.
If I add a line to the filter to include Owner=current user then it works.
This seems to have impacted only two users.
What should I be trying to do to get this to work.
User Refresh from AD?
