where does report wizards reports save after generating

Hello Team,

I have created a report wizard report.

Now, I would like to see all my generated reports in CRM.

Is there any way Incan see all mu generated reports or after generating Inhave to save in a format and store in my system.

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.
