Is there any way of ascertaining WHO made a change to a table's structure?

Hi,

I am a Data Platform MVP and know fairly little about Dynamics CRM

We are having a 'witch hunt' to ascertain who effected changes to the table structure of the "contacts" table.

Is there any way to write as query to detect who made the changes?
