I am getting this error while adding user through user interface.

I tried all unsupported way to delete the record from SystemUserOrganizations & SystemUserAuthentication using SID, even after this no luck.
I got one more error in trace log stating "
Add user 30faae92-36f4-4c60-a875-040d1240abce to group 582431f1-3125-4089-878a-017632e1025f using Distinguished Named failed, trying again to add the user using SID.".
