We are implementing Dynamics 365 and found one issue regarding synchronization of Appointment from Dynamics 365 to Outlook (Web and Client)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook has been successfully deployed and available in Outlook (both Web and Client)
- When user creates a task in Dynamics 365, the task will be sync and available in Outlook Tasks
- But when user creates an Appointment directly in Dynamics 365, that Appointment will not be sync and available in Outlook Calendar
Any advice on this will be much appreciated
