MS CRM 2011 Case owner change count from Audit table of DB

Hello Expert,

I am wondering is there any way or sample query which will help me to get the count of all the case owner which has been changed for All the cases of my CRM system from Audit tale.

Note:- Auditing is enabled on case entity.
