Create Custom Web Role

Hello Everyone,

I am using Dynamics 365 Custom Portal.

I have created 5 Pages in Portal which has same entity (Lead) but different form tabs.

Now, I want to create 5 Web Roles in CRM. There are 3 default created in CRM (Administrator, Authenticated and Anonymous).

Now, I want to create 5 Web Roles something like this: 

Web Role1  -->  User1  -->  Page1 (Lead Form - Tab1)

Web Role2  -->  User2  -->  Page2 (Lead Form - Tab2)

Web Role3  -->  User3  -->  Page3 (Lead Form - Tab3)

Web Role4  -->  User4  -->  Page4 (Lead Form - Tab4)

Web Role5  -->  User5  -->  Page5 (Lead Form - Tab5)

I want to do like this:

For Example,

If the user1 logged into Portal, He/She can see only Page1. User1 should not see other Pages.

I have configured everything. But now, I stuck in "Web Role" Part. 

Please Help me.

Any alternate way is also appreciated.
