Users with same BU, Teams, and Security Roles have different permissions

Hi,

I have two users which belong to the same business unit, to the same teams and they have assigned the same security roles, however one of them is able to edit one account and the other only is able to read it. How is this possible?

There is no JavaScript either business rules to change the permissions of the record.

Beyond business units, teams and security roles what I have to check more regarding users permissions on a record?
