I would like to do a data cleanse of organisations in our CRM by exporting all active organisations into a spreadsheet, having the account managers update the names so that it's standardised and then re-importing them back into the CRM so that all organisation names are updated. My question is, what does the CRM use as unique identifiers for importing so that it updates existing organisation details as opposed to creating new ones when importing so that I can notify my team to leave those spreadsheet columns untouched for the importing process.
