email router problem

this is my error

An unknown error occurred while receiving email. Mailbox Admin crm didn't synchronize. The owner of the associated email server profile Smtp has been notified.

at System.Net.Security.SslState.ProcessAuthentication(LazyAsyncResult lazyResult)
at System.Net.Security.SslStream.AuthenticateAsClient(String targetHost)
at Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.EmailConnector.Pop3Client.AuthenticateAsClient()

in the emial router show this error :

Incoming Status: Failure - SSL authentication failed because there was a problem with the certificate. RemoteCertificateChainErrors

please help me
