Interactive Service Hub - 404 Not found

Dear All,

I installed CRM  with success in my environment.

All work good.

I change the URL from instanet to internet access but now the Interactive Service Hub is unreachable.

The error is 404 - file or directory not found.

I open IIS and folder exists.

Something goes wrong during the URL change.

Does someone help me?
