Our organization uses cases within Dynamics to track issues, work flows, and a few other areas of our business when communicating with clients. We recently rolled-out the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, and are trying to figure out how to search for the cases in the app? The drop-down options are new account, contact, lead, opportunity -- but no case. And to scroll through the list of recently used records doesn't seem to be the most efficient way of finding the case that an email might need to be attached to.
Any suggestions would be great.
