Hi,
1)I have created number of workflows for case entity.which was working fine.suddenly when one of the user creates a case .some of the mails get triggered and some of them are not triggered(the ones which were working fine before).but when i create everything works fine.i have checked the scope, security previllages, triggering point.
.Its dynamics 365 online CRM.
Any Suggestion?
2)The warning mails in SLA KPI instance gets triggered and listed in the activity wall as well but its not going through to the mail.i have done an advanced find and the mail activity getting listed there but the user not getting it.The status is Send.
