We are upgrading to Microsoft CRM 2016.
In much the same direction a lot of apps and applications are going, it is nice to see that Microsoft is now offering a context learning layer in CRM.
In this manner, users can have the information they need about any field based on their role or business unit.
The question is "to what level does this apply for totally custom fields?"
Is this limited to generic Microsoft fields or does it allow users to input content based on their business and workflow processes, and the actual manner that the field is used?
