I am busy with a trial for Microsoft Dynamics and am a bit frustrated.
I am a consultant working in Sales across 4 different companies. Therefore I earn commission from 4 different sources - sport, entertainment, community radio and events - I have 4 different email addresses on 4 different servers meaning 4 different Companies that aren't linked.
I need a CRM program, not to share but for my own personal use - a program to house my clients information (database) that I will utilise to build relationships and marketing. As i might be selling to the same clients from 4 different sources.
So my selling style is to build relationships first and then recommend a solution through the said 4 sources.
My question is if I log onto Microsoft Dynamics, will I be able to utilise the program as my primary database - crm -so I know where I am, in real time, with each client with each of my opportunities. In a perfect world I want to to log on to the server, log on to Microsoft Dynamics, send and receive emails from the server, updating my Dynamics. Then log off and log on to the next server with Dynamics across.
Is Microsoft Dynamics able to do this?
