When we try to insert a date-only field in email template, it prints out the whole date and time instead.
I know this has been an issue since CRM 4.0. Now we are only CRM 2016 and it's still an issue... We are using the on-prem version.
Do you might have any suggestion how to overcome this? Our users have been removing the time stamp manually, but this becomes an issue for users who send out hundreds of emails a day.
I have tried following a suggestion from this blog but unfortunately it doesn't do the trick:
