Voice of the Customer - VoC - Process Survey Response Workflows failing

Hi there,

We currently have the following issue occurring in regards to the Voice of the Customer Survey Response workflows:

Whenever a participant completes a survey the "VoC - Process Survey Response" runs but either fails with a status of 'Error: Needs attention' or 'Canceled'.  When we step into the workflow it fails at the first stage with the following error:

However when we step into the Regarding Survey Invite that is trying to update the 'Closing Response' field that the workflow is trying to update has already been updated.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so have any resolutions or knowledge surrounding this?
