I have an annoying problem. It feels like it should be easy to fix but I can't figure out a simple way to do it.
I want a chart that displays something for the last X week but NOT including this week. When I choose Last X weeks it does include the active week.
Since there is no excluding option like "not this week" I can't really figure out how to do it?
Am I dense like a proton star here or is it really not feasible in the regular options?
To put in context it's for automating a weekly report I do which includes cases created over time in a graph, I usually create this "manually" in Excel every monday/tuesday but I thought it would be smarter to just create a dashboard instead. However in the graph now I get a massive drop of course since it includes whatever cases that have been created from monday morning until I need the report. (It's printed and gone through in a weekly briefing). Maybe I have a bit of an OCD here but I find it annoying to include those new cases.
