We have placed the Opportunity Product sub-grid on the Opportunity form. When this is on the Information form and you click the '+' button it gives you the option of creating an Existing or Write-In product. However on the new sub-grid we have placed on the Opportunity form clicking the '+' button takes you to a new form to create an opportunity product.
I have checked as far as I can the configuration between the Information form and the Opportunity form and I can't see what is different.
Anyone have an idea what I am missing?
