Is it possible to import and manage database of CRM in Local SQL Server?

Hello,

I am working on MS Dynamic CRM 2016 Online. I want to import database of CRM and manage it in my local MS SQL Server.

Is it possible in MS Dynamic CRM 2016 Online? If not, is it possible using by any other way? 

Please suggest me.
