I receive this error trying to load CRM Outlook Connector.  I used a test version provided from our vendor.  Uninstalled and reinstalled.  Today I found some old files in folders related to past installs.  I went through the whole uninstall from this link

Then ran this.  support.microsoft.com/.../fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

Sometimes in the middle of the configuration.  Outlook will close down...  Any ideas would be greatly apprecaited...
