CRM 2016 on-premise plugin from campaign email

Hi all,

I have plugin registered on Create event of entity Email. When I create the Email manualy (e.g. My activities - new Activity), the plugin works fine. When i create the Email via Distribute campaign activity from Marketing module the plugin doesnt work and throws error: An unexpected error occurred from ISV code.

Any idea what is wrong?
