Resource Requirement not completing automatically.

Hi Experts,

Whenever we create a Work Order a Resource Requirement is automatically created.

After scheduling the Work Order Booking is created.

After working on the Work Order, we change the status of Bookings to Complete, which in turn changes the System Status of Work Order to Open-Completed.

My question here is,  won't the Resource Requirement also complete automatically? Because previously it used to.

I am stuck with this for quite a long.

Help is really appreciated on this topic.
