With the version of CRM 2016 on-premise version, when going to resolve a case and have open activities the system shows the following message " There are open activities associated with this case. Open activities will be canceled if resolve this case. Want to resolve the case ?. ( It should be configurable this option and not force the cancellation by the system) .
Through plugin both pre or post image image I could get the open activities as for instance the resolution data fill those activities already canceled .
Someone has the same need or have done something to prevent the case can be resolved if the activities are not closed manually ? or if you have open activities prevent the resolution of the case and the cancellation of activiades ?
