For each Account in the CRM we have a "country" field that we use. Once the user chooses a country, a quick view form will automatically show the region of that country (e.g. choosing France will show "Europe" as the region). All is working well up to this point.
In Opportunities, the users should also be able to see the country and region. When creating a new opportunity you link it to the relevant account, which contains the country there. So the end result should be that in the opportunity itself, the user will have a quick view form showing the country and region.
I suppose this should be fairly simple to do but I'm stumped. Would appreciate any input on this.
