Booking Rules - Field Service

I'm facing a critical issue when it comes to scheduling and field service. 

Example: A work order takes 16 hours to complete (2 work days for a resource). I've assigned work hours for a resource to be from 7-3, when I attach the work order that takes 2 days to complete it stays on one resource for 16 hours (even though that is outside of his work hours). 

Is there a booking rule I can create or a setting I can change to make sure that 8 hours will be assigned to one resource and then the next 8 hours would be given to the next available resource with those capabilities?
