Data Loader, unable to make new connections

I have been working with Data Loader for a few weeks now and so far so good. Today I tried to make another connection to another CRM Online instance and I received an error "Could not connect to the CRM instance. Please check if the credentials are valid." I tried several times and it locked out my account. I know I am using the right credentials because I can log into Lifecycle Services, O365 Admin portal, and I successfully created one a few weeks ago. Right now I can use the same credentials to pull up a list of CRM instances via Migration Utility in the SDK with no issues. But for some reason it will not take my credentials in the Lifecycle Services Data Loader anymore. I then proceeded to mess with the existing connection that I have been using the past few weeks and ended losing that connection from deleting it thinking I can recreate that connection. Now I have no connection and can't create a new ones. I looked at this post, https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/192376, but I don't have Multi Factor Authentication turned on on my account. Coworkers who are also O365 Global Admins tried their credentials and they are getting the same error.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
