Has anyone come across an issue where the lookup fields in Dynamics CRM 2016 (On-premise) are not fully responsive?
The issue I've come across is when you click on a lookup field , you are not able to type as it shows the drop down of lookup. You have to click in the field twice to start typing to search.
The above image appears when you first click onto the field, and I am unable to type in the field unless i click into it again. As shown in the image below.
We have three environments which are identical DEV, UAT and LIVE. This issue is only in LIVE.
I have tested this in many other CRM 2016 environments and this is the only environment I have seen this issue.
Has anyone come across this before?
