Hi All,
I want to track multiple e-mail accounts from my outlook client to CRM.
My primary e-mail account works fine. However my service e-mail account gives the following error when I try to track the emails: Only items in standard Microsoft Outlook-archive can be promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.itemname = ...
Can someone advice me?
- Do I need a exchange online server?
- Or a server where the Service account is the primary account?
