I just setup server side sync for one of my organizations using these instructions. We are a dynamics crm 2015 on-prem (IFD) configuration and the account that I'm trying to receive incoming mail for is Outlook 365/Exchange Online. My configuration test results for incoming and outgoing both says successful. When I go to Sales > Activities but do not see the emails there. Basically what I'm trying to accomplish is when external users from my domain email the account that I setup for server side sync, an activity will be created. Please advise on how to set that up.
