Cannot assign a user to an open opportunity, because of business unit error

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, I need to assign a user to open opportunity, but when I change a user and trying to save an error shows up, that there is a business unit error, that "cannot update closed or cancelled opportunity". 

Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?
