I have a workflow which runs against the opportunity, basically the last stage in the opportunity business process is where the user has to complete the Property Type form, once this form has been completed the workflow below kicks in and changes the opportunity status to won and therefore closes the opportunity.
What I need is for a dialog box similar to the Opportunities Close form that pops up when the user normally clicks on ‘close as won’ to display. So basically when the workflow below automatically changes the opportunity status to won, immediately after I require a form to pop up or just some way where the user has the ability to record Actual Revenue, Competitor, Description, Status Reason and Close Date (although these should default to won and the current date respectively)
Workflow:
If Property Type:Property Type Lookup contains data AND Property Type Lookup (Opportunity):Status equals [Open], then
Change Record Status to Property Type Lookup Won
Is there a good way to achieve this?
