I've been asked to evaluate Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and make recommendations on using the Management Pack for CRM 2016.
Has anyone done this? Could you offer some pointers/tips?
I've installed SCOM and the CRM Management Pack onto a single VM running AD, SQL, and CRM.
I'm not able to add the server to be monitored though. Is this because it's not able to monitor itself?
