I would like to create an additional checkbox field for the Organisation entity. The "Option Set" Data Type allows me to add multiple options (i.e. business unit names) but it presents it as a dropdown field on the form where you can only select one.
My situation is that there might be circumstances where an organisation record could be associated to several business units within the organisation and hence a checkbox field option is required to select multiple business units.
I've done a search through the forum and it appears there is no out of the box solution and tweaks need to be done to the CRM to enable this option. Could someone advise what would be the best option (I keep seeing sub-grids being mentioned but not sure what they are or how to create one).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
