CRM 365 hanging after update

Since our CRM Online instance was updated to 365 over the weekend we are unable to access any records in IE11 or Chrome. We can see the various entity views and list of records but clicking on one results in the dotted circle of misery and nothing more. This is true of all entities. I've tried clearing the cache from each browser and opening new sessions but to no avail.

The system does, however, work in Edge.

Can anyone offer any insight into the issue? Thanks.
