BPF not visible in CRM 365 on prem for existing records

Hi all,

if a user opens an existing record, the BPF is not visibel.

By changing the BPF, the user is able to select the BPF, but it is not shown.

By creating a new record, the BPF is visible. If a user re-opens the record, the BPF is not visible.

Additional Information:

  • BPF is acitve
  • BPF is enabled for entity
  • User has System Admin Role
  • Solution has been migrated from CRM 2011

What can I do, to solve the Problem?
