E-Mail Templates Entity not Availible

Hello everyone,

I was working on a workflow for an approval process. The e-mail template I created is based on opportunity.

When I am trying to add field values, the only entities I can select from are User, Company, Contact and Opportunity. The thing is, I have created a lookup on the opportunity for user entity, in order to selct the right supervisor for approval. I'd like to be able to add field values from the User I am looking up.

Is there any way to make them accesible other then creating fields in the opportunity and update them with another workflow with the information needed from the user which is looked up?
