I am running into a situation where we will soon have a single outlook client which is signed in with multiple email accounts. Each email account has a corresponding CRM account. i.e a single computer with a single outlook client instance has multiple email accounts signed in. I would like each corresponding email from each email account to sync with their respective CRM account (via tracking), so if we have personal options set up properly for each account, as an email comes in its automatically tracked. So if an email comes to the first email address, it gets tracked to its respective CRM account and if the second email address gets an email its synced to the corresponding 2nd email addresses CRM account. Is this functionality possible with CRM outlook client? Or do i need to make some modifications to make this work? Please note I am using CRM 2013 and outlook client for CRM.
