SSRS does not have Scroll bar in Dashboard

Hi, is there anyone who face the issue with SSRS in dashboard of CRM 2016? it was working correctly in CRM 2013, but in CRM 2016( on premise), the scrollbar does not display unless you change the "Document mode to IE 10" by using IE developer tools (F12).
