how to write FetchXML query for ((Cond1 OR Cond2) AND (Cond3 OR cond4))

Hi,

I need to write a FetchXML for implementing the below conditions from same entity

((Cond1 OR Cond2) AND (Cond3 OR cond4))

Please let me know if you have gone through such type of requirement and written a fetchXML.
