I'm trying to find out if it's possible to raise field service cases against a project (using PSA) rather than just a customer. Can anyone assist?
Using latest version of MS Dynamics 365 online with Field Service Automation and Project Services Automation.
Background is that I'm working with an IT consultancy who manage the majority of their work as projects and would therefore want to raise tickets against the project rather than the customer so that they can manage actions.
