Sorting in Dynamics CRM

Hi,

I have a question about setting up the sorting in the "My Leads" view. Out of the box there are a maximum of 2 columns on which you can sort on. However at one of our implementations both the fields that the sorting is required are not mandatory fields. So the question is how are the records sorted if neither of the 2 sorting fields are populated on the record.
