- When using Edge, adding new entities to the "Send Notifications" column will add to the same row (like a comma separated list) instead of adding each new entity to its own row.
- When using any browser, clicking on "Save and Publish" completes its work, but the button never re-enables and the spinner never disappears - giving users the impression that it hasn't finished working.
- When moving an entity back from the "Send Notifications" column to the "Changed Ignored" column, the Web Notification Entity record will be deactivated. But if I later move the entity back to the "Send Notifications" column, a new Web Notification Entity record will be created instead of re-activating the existing record. The page should either delete any ignored Web Notification Entity records (preferred) or re-activate them instead of creating new/duplicate records.
