Import multiple Contacts to multiple Accounts with duplicate Account names

I have what I call Real Data (as opposed to demo data or example data), coming from a contact-centric system (GoldMine).  That means there are often several Contacts per Account, and there are often several Accounts with the same names - like "3M Company", in different locations.  I have the data (under 3,000 recs) in an Access DB so I can manipulate it any way needed before importing.  I've tried several approaches including the built-in Import Data wizard, the MS Data Loader, and Skyvia.  I can successfully load the easiest case (like what's used in almost all the examples on the web!) where there's a single Contact per Account and no dupe Account names, but there's a lot of data that isn't that simple.  I can separate unique Accounts in Access and load them first, then load Contacts, if I can somehow link Contacts to the correct Accounts.  It seems clear that Dynamics CRM has a real problem with this, because it assumes that Account Names are unique, which of course is ridiculous in most real-world B2B situations.  I've found how to get the Account GUID in an Excel export, which should provide a path to upload Contacts for that Account - but the Contacts Excel export lists Company Name with no GUID, so there's no way to specify the correct Account for the Contact.  Surely there must be a reasonable way to do this?  This can't be a very uncommon situation... Help, please!!
