Flickering in CRM 2013 form Fields

Hello All,

We have migrated our solution from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013, after that we can see the difference in the behaviour of Form.

Form fields are flicking continuously. I tried removing section and adding it again with all fields but still no luck. 

From below file, we can see the difference.

Please help !!
