Create, modify and delete sharepoint list items when a record in CRM is modified

Hello,

I want to create a list in SharePoint that shows all my opportunity records from CRM Online. I want these records to be created/updated/deleted when the opportunity record is created/updated/deleted. Does anyone know what the best way would be to do this?
